IAC Properties develops and holds a professionally managed portfolio of industrial warehouse distribution properties in strategic markets throughout the United States.
Between 1995 and 2003, IAC Properties developed nearly 5 million square feet of industrial properties, all of which were located within +/- 1 mile of the cargo entrances of major gateway airports in Boston, Charlotte, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and Seattle. IAC Properties sold a first portfolio to AMB (now Prologis) during a protracted sale from 2003 to 2005.
